Susan G. Komen
Tara Yarbrough, with the Tough Ta-Tas, a Susan G. Komen 3-Day 60 Mile team, is gearing up for the event on November 4-6, 2011. Their team goal is $65,000 and they have raised $59,000.
60 miles = 120,000 steps = 316,800 feet. That’s a serious commitment, and I couldn’t be more proud of my wife, Tara, for tackling this challenge for a second year in a row. 1 out of 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. If you have a mother, a sister, a wife or a daughter, you have a real stake in how successful the detection, treatment and prevention options are now and in the future.
Please support Tara and donate today!
