James Beard Dinner Hutchins was honored to serve their award-winning barbecue at the James Beard House in New York City on June 8. Guests were more than satisfied; they enjoyed five variations of Hutchins’ slow-smoked barbecue including brisket, turkey, chicken thighs, and St. Louis-style spareribs with signature sides, and each paired with a Treaty Oak Distillery based cocktail, Hiatus Cellar wine, or Franconia beer.
